State and municipal public employees (active, retired, appointed, contracted, and pensioners) can receive advance payments of their 13th-month salary . Payment can be made on the day their 13th-month salary is paid or on the contract’s expiration date, whichever comes first.
The line of credit does not affect your available credit limit.

Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment terms are determined according to the schedule of the paying source. This line of credit allows the amount to be debited from the current account on the day the installment is received. If the source has an agreement, it may be deducted from the payroll deduction statement. This does not consume the available credit limit.
